“Love the shakes banana,chocolate, vanilla and strawberry”

“All the Shakes, the Spaghetti Bolognaise and Chicken and Vegetable Noodles and the pasta and noodle soups, are really good and have no 'after taste', as some off ones I have tried before do. I cannot believe that I am not feeling hungry and that I am looking forward to my meals. Half a packet of salt and vinegar crisps felt like a real treat on Saturday evening and I still have another half packet to eat. I would highly recommend.”

“Not really a fan of any of the products that I ordered. The only thing I like is the milk chocolate peanut bar. I have previously done diets like this such as Cambridge 1:1 diet and I found their products much nicer which means it is easier to stick to. Shake that weight is obviously cheaper which is one of the positives.”

“The chocolate, hazelnut bars are so delicious top quality and the shakes for chocolate and strawberry, vanilla taste amazing ideal for replacement meal especially the chocolate it’s so filling for lunch. They are great for breakfast replacement too. Highly recommended to anyone who want to lose weight and have a healthy diet. It would be ideal if you have shakes in a bigger range in in bulk so last longer to use the sachets is more of a samples. It also be great for a bigger box of the chocolate and hazelnut bars too as I would love to buy more of these . Thank you 😊”

“I think the concept is a great idea. The basic dinner products are bland and after a while they become less exciting to look forward to eating. The packs that you really want to eat which are not dried are more expensive and it makes the whole diet an expensive opportunity which means it is not available to all. In my opinion the products are too sweet. One fo the biggest hurdles to losing weight is the sugar cravings and I dont think STW address to fact that we want to go back to an eating healthy experience after we have lost the weight which means you could help us by reducing the sweet taste of all the shakes and bars.”

“I love this company, they are quick at letting you know when your order is ready for dispatch and i love the next day delivery on orders over 50.00. I love all the products except for anything spicy. I highly recommend this company and the diet works well”

“I have lost a total of three stone using shake the weight. It really is the only way that I can loose the weight. I love most of the shakes, but am very upset that the mushroom soup is no longer on the list. Tomato is back but the chicken soup is the favourite at the moment. I do like the porridge for breakfast in the winter but in the summer I have a shake .”
