“I didnt' enjoy the meals and shakes very much, My pre diabetic clinician has advised me there is too may of carb sugers so i will not be reordering.”

Thanks for your review but I would question your comments as the shakes are the same composition as the ones used for the Newcastle University diabetic diet plan. The sugars are naturally occurring in the milk product and the carbs are very low, typically 10-12 grams per shake when mixed with water.

“The new porridge recipe - it should not be called porridge. It is nothing like porridge- it’s sloppy with an unusual taste - I really can’t eat it. It is far from the original recipe that was quite palatable. The other products are doing their job & weight loss is good.”

Thanks for your review. You should have received 42 products for the 3 products a day plan. All of the meal replacement products can be used for any meal such as a shake or bar for breakfast or lunch. “I wanted a product cheaper than the one I currently use. But I was diasapointed. The portion sizes are half of my current ones. The pancakes went into the bin and soup wasn't so nice either. I am sorry to be negitive. The service was good, shake was nice but I won't be using your products. Sorry. Cheaper isn't always better.”

“Not sure yet I ordered 2 weeks of the standard pack and after 1 week I have lost only half a pound How is that even possible ? I haven’t cheated I have stuck to 3 items a day every day Except 1 day when I added a two egg omelette I am also drinking circa 1 to 2 litres of water a day which is v challenging I also ran 3 runs of circa 3 to 4 mikes each and did 3 Pilates classes. I’m starving and frustrated”

“I like the chocolate bars. The meals are ok. But I miss my vegetables. And not that keen on the milk shakes. But for a quick weight reduction it is excellent. I lost 6 lbs in a week.”
