“I like shake weight very much I like all the shakes and I like all bars there about the best bars I’ve ever had and the delivery is very quick I will definitely will be ordering more from I have a lot wait to lose and I’m so determined to lose the weight Julie cracknell.”

“Hi I’m on day 5 and so far sooo good. I have fibromyalgia and have not been able to follow any other diet program due to brain fog. Just couldn’t plan, organize, count calories etc. This plan has been just what I need. No thinking or planning involved. Shakes and bars are tasty and filling. I did not want to get weighed until I was a week into it but couldn’t resist. I have lost 5lb so far! Pleased I did weigh myself because it was so motivating.”

“I've tried every weight management plan there is and this one is by far the best in terms of ease of use and quality. The meals are dead easy and tasty, and I feel full for hours - I no longer feel as though I need a snack to 'pick me up'. I also expected the shakes to be 'grainy' but they aren't, pleasantly surprised! My job takes me all over the country so this is perfect for convenience and knowing that im getting my essential nutrients in every meal is a bonus! I've only been with STW for about a week or so since my delivery arrived (arrived early btw) and am already 7% towards my weight goal - The app makes it easier to track progress and seeing it in black and white keeps me motivated to keep going, I go to the guy 2-3 times a week so don't always have time to cook for myself, so the weight management plan has been perfect. Can't fault them.”

“Generally good tasty shakes. However, I recently ordered Cookies and Cream shakes. I had to order container of 14 meals and no individual sachets are available. Very disappointed. Shakes had no discernible taste or flavour. I only ordered this flavour as another Chocolate Hazelnut was out of stock. I have wasted £21. Why can't you make all flavours available in sachets?”

“I have tried many powders but yours is the best value. The flavours are true and very pleasant. Others have an unpleasant metallic taste but yours are a treat to look forward to. Thank you for the reasonable price as well. Good value for money. Makes losing weight quite a pleasure. Audrey”
