“I used to buy Shakes, Meal Bars & Meals from STW but it’s got too expensive so I now buy SlimFast Shakes and Just buy their Meal Bars - which I totally rate!! I used to buy their Ham & Mushroom Pasta Soup which was THE ONLY meal I could stomach but they discontinued it which was a real shame! I often find they’re out of stock of some of the bars I like which is frustrating!!”

“Ive been having 2 shakes a day and a low calorie meal with fruit and ive lost 6lb in 5 days. Trial and error with flavours i enjoyed, maybe if your new get a variety pack to start. Defo recommend”

“Both my husband and I have a shake at lunch time. We have a normal healthy breakfast and evening meal. The shakes are delicious and really fill you up. We make them with skimmed milk and a handful off ice. I then use a blender to mix powder and crush the ice. We are both steadily losing weight.”

“I tried shakes from other places which I hated, they were all too sweet and I couldn't drink them, then I found this place. Wow ! What a difference. So far I have loved every single flavour that I have tried and they definitely keep me full which is great as it stopped me reaching for the cupboard, I have already lost weight and I have only been doing it for a few days. I'm over the moon. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“I'm a 62 year old woman awaiting a knee replacement and this plan is ideal for me to shift some of the weight that's built up due to inactivity prior to the surgery. I'm finding it easy to follow so far, though I'm only 5 days into the 1 months course. So far I've lost 6lbs in 5 days with no exercise whatsoever. I have porridge for breakfast, soup for lunch and a dried meal and a bar for tea. Very pleased.”

“I love the bars, especially the lemon ones. The Tikka and brown rice is amazing, big chunks of chicken. I particularly like the banana and strawberry shakes. The recipes are very helpful. Delivery is always on time and the bonus is the reward points you get. I also got Blue light discount so an extra added bonus and a free shake with my last order.”

“Great products, however I reordered some chocolate orange shakes and they were horrible not sure if it was a bad batch or you have changed the recipe. I’m hoping it was a bad batch. Other than that great products.”
