“I have used your products in the past very successfully (admittedly I was more active then - now chained to the desk) and as I need to lose some post-Covid padding I ordered some new supplies. I really like the noodle meals - good flavour and improved texture. Banana, Strawberry, Coconut and cafe latte always my go-to choices for shakes - I only mix with ice-cold water so these are creamy choices. Only disappointment was the Blueberry yoghurt with muesli. I found this bland and did not like the texture. I have spiced it up with some fruit powder but won't order that again. I still love the convenience of your replacement meals, but having tried the many snack and meal options, the shakes are the ones for me - with the noodle meals now added to my favourites list. I still have my original orange top shaker - full marks for the quality of that. Everyone finds their own path through the maze of dieting, but this works for me - a mid sixties female naturally inclined to curvy.”

“So far so good. Test run week and I'm liking most of the food, I'm not keen on shakes but that's a personal thing.. otherwise I've ordered more food for another 2 weeks.”

“Hi, my husband and I have been on this for just over 3weeks , my husband has lost 12 pounds, and I have lost 10 pounds , The shakes , meals and bars taste great , I would recommend this to my friends and family, Gleny and Stuart Twite”

“End of day 2 and so far so good! Pleasently surprised with Curry noodle & Cottage Pie dishes! My choice of shakes so far has been good, pity some require sklmmed milk instead of water like the rest, added expense and effort! Strawberry nice, Carmel nice! Hope I can run the 3 months OK!”

“Great products for weight loss or weight maintenance. I have a shake for breakfast soup for lunch and noodles for dinner with a meal bar which provides a lovely sweet hit that’s often needed. I then have the wafers as an extra weekend treat”
