“I've been on the Shake That Weight diet for 3 months and have lost 22lbs so far. I love the shakes and bars which I combine with one healthy meal a day. I am aiming to lose 5 stone by March 2026 and am really enjoying the results Im getting so far. I'd happily recommend Shake That Weight to anyone wanting to lose their inwanted pounds ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Great choice of meals, I opted for two types of porridge, three flavours of soup, the risotto and two types of noodles, three pouch meals and a variety of bars (I have a small piece of one of the bars after my lunchtime soup and the remainder after my evening meal). Everything that I have eaten has been very tasty although I will add a little seasoning to the risotto next time I have that. The delivery was very swift and when I discovered on checking my order that it was short by two bars this was rectified quickly. I have only been using Shake That Weight for five days but my scales are showing that I have lost three pounds and I can honestly say that I have not felt hungry at all. A good start I feel. I did buy the patches, but did not find they stuck very well.”
