“Started shake the weight a week ago and have already lost 10 pounds! Went with the 4 week bundle as it was cheaper,I was on a similar diet plan 8 years ago,where I lost 5 stone,so hoping to do the same with shake the weight.”

“I was apprehensive to order as previous shakes have had an after taste, however, the ones I have tried so far have not. Have ordered one of all the flavours I think I would like so working my way through them. So far so good”

“As a user of Shake that Weight for some considerable time, I must admit that I do not use their products continuously because I am one who prefers to cook my meals from fresh produce. However, whilst being a health freak, even I can over-eat !! Consequently, every now and again, when the weight is creeping up, I return to STW and lose one stone in a month - true! All I need to add are fresh vegetables. The ready-made meals are delicious, portions sensible and I don't feel hungry between-times. I am currently using the STW meals to lose weight before an activity holiday next month and, during the past week, have lost 4 lbs. The normal weight loss fluctuates between 2.5 and 4 lbs per week depending on the amount of exercise I have had. There is no doubt that I shall be sticking to STW in the future and I'm so glad I found them.”

“The delivery was quick and easy - no problems at all. Sadly the Shakes are not to my taste but that is a personal thing and no reflection on the company - we all have different tastes after all. The chocolate shake was quite nice but I did not get on with the other flavours.”

“I have only been on this a week but the shakes, bars and meals are enjoyable. I mix the shakes with 0% Greek yoghurt in place of skimmed milk sometimes. This makes for an extra filling breakfast. A spoonful on the curry noodles is also good. Overall a positive experience so far.”

“So far, I have enjoyed most of the flavors, texture, and presentation. There are a few 'odd' flavors I disliked but that's an individual issue. Great variety. The bars have been tasty and filling. Good value.”
