“The issues I have are mainly with shipping, which has been a terrible experience. I had to wait for a long time before the Shadow Foam arrived, and on arrival it turned out the blades were missing. The missing blades were sent by you, but in order to receive them I have to pay taxes and an administration fee to the parcel service. Next time I will look for foam from a local vendor to save me this hassle.”

Hi Johan Could you possibly get in touch with us about this please... the cutting equipment we sent to you was sent duty paid so there should have been no taxes or administration fee to pay on them at all, we'd like to get this sorted for you so please get in touch with information on what you were asked to pay. “Hi all I have just fitted your shadow foam in my large roll cab drawers and in addition I have created a large wall area with my cordless tools. The foam was very easy to cut and install especially with the Pro cutting kit supplied. Love all the you tube videos and it was Colin Furze’s video that got me wanting the organisation of my tools. I will definitely be recommending your products. Great work, keep it up Phill”

“I brought some shadow foam (3rd order) to transform a filing cabinet to hold my tools. The foam was easy to cut, used the Hot Foam Smoother which went bang within a few minutes. Contacted Shadowfoam and they were very quick to offer a replacement or a refund. I will purchase more in the future just because of the very calm refund policy.”

“Being new to shadow foam, it was a bit of a test to start with but it didn't take much to get my head around it. My OCD won't let me rush, so still in progress. A good product, which looks like it's just right for the job. The free tool pack that came free with my order is helping.”

“Do not know what I did before this came along, does an unbelievably good job. Keeps my collection of SAKs safe , clean and great to easily display. It would have cost me hundreds to have done this with knife carry cases , and it also doubles as a display platform. Thankyou so much for a brilliant product.”
