“Brought the x 5 pack for my partner. He says the foam is brilliant! It keeps his tools super neat, and everything has its place. He would suggest making the foam more peelable in the future as he struggled with taking the layers off, but with the handy scalpel tool, he managed. He would 100% recommend Shadow Foam as a product.”

“I tried 3 times to get the foam straight edge's Having cut out the shape But failed ,I gave up it looked rubbish ,so is now in the skip across the road”

“I have not started up my Makita wall project yet. But I must commend the service provided by Shadow Foam. They were helpful, extremely responsive, and most importantly they went to extra lengths to find a (much) cheaper shipping option to Slovenia (Central Europe). Thank you!”

“I found Shadow Foam very easy to use. I am using it to set up my tool wall in my garage workshop in 5 or 6 panels. I'm already thinking of more things that are going to get Shadow Foamed. I think the tool drawers will be next.”

“Well, delivery was awful, I understand you had delays and that’s fine, but from the email saying dispatched and me receiving the foam was almost a week (even when it said next day shipping) the foam itself isn’t great, in my opinion it feels cheap”

Hi Ben Really sad to hear that - it certainly does appear that the courier took their time to get this to you between collecting it from us on 26.01 and delivering to you 5 working days later on 02.02, my apologies. “Fantastic bit of kit this foam is, my toolbox went from, admittedly quite tidy to next level organised, nothing falls or moves when I pick up the box, everything stays in place, truly awesome, as much as my peers would hate to admit it, they're quite jealous of my toolbox now, love it Before seeing Shadow Foam on the Colinfurze YouTube channel, I hadn't heard of them before, wish I had before, looking forward to using them again in a new toolbox Loads of colours, really easy to cut out and peel the layers, take the plunge and get this foam, you won't regret it!”

“How I miss companies like ShadowFoam. There was a problem, the website reported the foam I ordered was in stock, where it was not. By email I was informed of the problem and given the option to have my money returned, or wait a specific time. I chose to wait, and received an email of thanks immediately. As promised my ShadowFoam arrived when promised. For me, communication is all, and ShadowFoam excelled. Thank you. Now, I have arranged my tools many times and still cannot decide on a final layout!”

“A good product It would be a bit better if the layers were guled in a grid to make it easier to tear, makes it tough on the hands after a while, you need decent grip strength to do it The free kit was handy”

“Hello, I was expecting something easier to mould to our needs. The foam was very hard to cut into (even with a scalpel) and the different layers of foam were extremely hard to separate from each other. Thanks, Carlos”

Hi Carlos I'm so sorry to hear you didn't like the sample you got from us last month. The layers are well bonded together, that's to make it strong enough not to fall apart over time. Hi Tommy So sorry to read this, I have been trying to contact you for a week. Your order was returned to us due to non-payment of import taxes which I messaged you about on 9th February as soon as it came back to us and we knew about it. I asked if you wanted it refunding or re-shipping but then a week later when we hadn't heard back from you we just went ahead and refunded you anyway. Really sorry it didn't work out for you on this occasion, perhaps if you could check your emails from us and respond if you have any further queries on this? Thanks
