“This product is fantastic. I have always wanted to have organised tool drawers in my workshop and this proved to be the right product to buy. Once i had built my workbench and four drawers, the Shadow Foam was cut to size and put in the drawers. I then spent hours of fun, cutting out the tool shapes and setting them into the foam. What a difference this has made. I know exactly where everything should be and when it is out the drawer. Nothing gets lost in the bench clutter and the workshop is a pleasure to work in. Really glad I came across Shadow Foam.”

“I think I'm addicted to Shadow Foam it lets you organise your tool boxes so well, everything in the right place and you know when something is missing. I travel to SE Asia fiiting commercial vessels with Anti-Piracy Equipment and my tools need to be well packed and organised.”

“Very disappointed with the Shadow Foam product for Peli cases. From the outset, the fit within the Peli Case was poor: one cut-out was missing, and I had to make this adjustment myself, despite watching all available online tutorials. The foam peeled very poorly, resulting in an unsightly and uneven bottom, even after using the specific drill attachment provided by the manufacturer. Additionally, for multi-layered Peli cases (4 levels in my case), using the product was extremely impractical. Transitioning from one level to another was cumbersome. Despite creating handles, each level distorted and lost its structure when removed. Commercially, the approach was also inadequate. Not providing an initial option for intra-community VAT recovery felt simply disrespectful toward professional customers. Requiring a minimum purchase beforehand is equally inconsiderate. Receiving promotional offers only after placing an order was frustrating and pointless. In conclusion, I would not recommend Shadow Foam for my large Peli case. I ended up throwing everything directly into the recycling bin, and it was a significant waste of money.”

To address each point you make here: * Number of inserts - as you've ordered the 50mm variant of the inserts for that Peli case, as listed this comes with just the 4 sheets we sent to you - a 50mm lid insert then a 50mm for the base and two additional 50mm sheets which sit in-between them. Only with the 30mm pack would you receive more cut-outs/sheets, apologies for any confusion with that. * Peeling - we have a lot of useful "how to" guides to assist you in getting the most from your product and achieving the best results, the details for finding these should have come to you with your order, but again our customer service team are always happy to assist you more with lots of hints and tips for creating your storage impeccably. * Making removable layers - for most applications the 50mm foam sheets work brilliantly as removable layers without any additional modification for even large or heavier items. Obviously though if there is a lot of weight in the items being stored in your foam, sometimes you need to consider making adaptations to help the foam retain it's structure to support that weight when removing the sheets from the case, we have many guides on doing so which we can direct you to if you'd like to take a look at those we'd be more than happy to send ideas to you. * VAT - you've ordered via our Business-to-Customer platform, this of course does not support company details for VAT purposes, however if you have business requirements you are most welcome to contact us and our business team can support you with that service. “Great product and super impressed compared to the poor quality stuff included when I bought my expensive Dewalt power tools and I must admit fitting to house a circular saw was challenging, but my first time, so all is forgiven, lol. I hope to buy more when I eventually get around to re-organising my tools after a recent house move. Thanks guys, highly recommended.”
