“I had never used SGS before and called them with a issue I had on my heating system. I would like to say the service I received was outstanding from the call being made to booking in the job some two days later on the agreement that if they found time they would visit sooner. To my estonishment the phone range a few hours later to which they could attend that day. The engineer was extremely professional and went above and beyond to repair my boiler on site great service with decently use you again and recommended you to friends and family please send out your service club information as you certinally won me”

Only glitch - inaccurate invoice sent by engineers on completing work, followed up rapidly by a corrected invoice the following morning, but without apology or explanation. Sorted out on the phone.”
