“The work carried out was done to my satisfaction. Unfortunately the engineer was an hour and a half late, my appointment was for between 08:00 and 09:00 the engineer arrived at 10:30. The excuse was that he had been cald to a gas emergency however SGS has my home and mobile number and therefore could have contacted me to advise of the delay.”
