“I’ve never once had a problem with SG Petch Durham! All staff are welcoming, polite and professional. Matthew was outstanding when getting my new Seat Ibiza. He was polite, professional and easy to understand when going through all of the paper work! Matthew has done an amazing job, I absolutely love my car, thanks again!!”

“This is the first time that I have used SG PETCH & have never been happier. The experience started with an enquiry phone call & I got put through very efficiently to sales to answer the query. Guy Gibson on sales could not have been more helpful explaining the vehicle in detail over the phone, arranging an appointment to view it & right through the purchase & collection of the car. So nice to have one point of contact & no pressure selling. I would use them again & recommend them to others.”

“So far so good . My car was sold with a one year warranty so it remains to be seen how good their support is . Everything was very quick and extras not explained very well but I take some responsibility for that too .”

“I really want to say how fantastic Ricky Doughty was who sold us our car. We only literally went for a quick look late on a Monday evening but ended up buying a car that night. He was so helpful , friendly and genuine. For that reason I would definitely recommend SG Petch and hopefully my review for Ricky can be passed on to management as you have a wonderful staff member there. Thanks again Rach & David”
