After being to another dealer and not been happy with service there, it was a breath of fresh air coming here to be greeted by Liam. He was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy and we found a car straight away! Charlotte also was brilliant! I can not fault the service at all and we are extremely happy with our new car!

Was looking to change my car wasn’t sure what to ! Was looking at older car’s around 20- 22 thousand then seen this Hyundai Tuscan for sale and thought might be worth spending the bit extra getting a nearly new, 6 months old with 4500 miles on clock so purchased the Tuscan 1.6 Diesel Hybrid N-Line had it 3 weeks and very Impressed !, had a couple of little issues but Mark was spot on. !!

The whole process of selecting my new car model, a test drive of the model, agreeing part exchange of my previous car and arranging the finance for the new car was smooth and a very straightforward experience. All the staff were most helpful throughout, very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I have purchased a few Mazda cars over the years but this was my first through S G Petch.

The process in buying a Jeep Compass was made very easy by Tomasz, all was done efficiently from my old car being exchanged, and new car being picked up, it was all done in a couple of days from beginning to end. Excellent service.

NIck Nickolson was the ideal salesman - informative without being pushy. He was there when wanted but did not try and push me to buy. He got me my ideal car, and after purchase he was there to help me learn how to use the car.

I purchased a new Kia in 2019 the sales rep was spot on but after sales not so good why do they need the car for a full day to do a 30 minute job on a recall ? Then have to wait a month to get it booked in just doesn’t make sense ! Now I’m having to look for another garage to carry out the work

We viewed a car on line and made and an inquiry. The service, process and support from Les (Richmond Branch) has been exemplary, with the vehicle being delivered on the date / time promised. I recently purchased a 2017 BMW 218i Luxury Active Tourer from the Durham branch. During the negotiations, I was assured the car would have a service, to BMW specification with the computer updated, before I collected it. I have since discovered that the car was overdue a service when traded in and the previous owner had been assured that he need not have it done as they would take care of it. Their idea of a service is an engine oil and filter change. I paid £12,795 for this car and I will now need to take it to a BMW workshop to have the rest of the service completed. This will cost me about £300. The dealer principal at Durham, Stephen Petch, is not interested and passed my complaint back down to the sales advisor, Sharon Condron, who has no authority to resolve the issue. Very unsatisfactory and very poor customer service. Buy from this company with extreme caution.
