They Charged me initial £113 for Full service, and later they sent me total bill of £238 for Lifetime Engine Oil and flush, which was never required. Before confirming, they confirmed via mail and phone that I could not get through until i received my car. Nothing was done, it seems, while receiving it back. I felt like I was being cheated, they just stole the money. Later, Garage Guys called me and informed they they had agreed to the quote of £150. Cheaters

Feel sick to my stomach I've got cancer can't really go out so contacted service stop got a estimate for 85 pounds to change oil said I needed specialist oil cabin filters and brake disc and pads 1875.00 pounds not been to sleep yet so worried about all this total scammers

Just saw the reviews now I am so angry, they listed the issues on the car and I imaged the engine light showed up because it needs a normal service including oil change, but they called me back and sounded like they want to keep my car hostage and charged me £512 !!! Which I will be chasing up in the morning as they said they can not work on it now as the garage is closing, I do not recommend!!! This company should really be sued and closed down. They said on the website it closes at 6pm and I called at 5pm to make the amendments and cancel the payment but apparently they were closed.

I paid for a full service but didn’t get one even though the service report said I had, but it was inaccurate for example it said that all the tyres on the car had 6mm of tread on them but I knew the front tyres were a lot lower than that they only had 2mm maximum. The garage that did the service didn’t know anything about the report and said that they have difficulty with communication with service stop. The report was so perfect all the boxes had been ticked by someone to say everything had been checked and was fine but alot of it hadn’t been done. I know it hadn’t because I took it back to the garage which was an option I had from customer services at SeviceStop when I first complained. The mechanics from the garage told me that they only usually do an oil change, an oil filter change and check some levels for service stop an not a full service. They did do some basic checks while I waited for example checking all the lights were working properly. They said they had already changed the oil and oil filter. So there was quite alot of things had still been checked. I’m trying to get some money back from them but they have not replied to my last letter from about three weeks ago. I recommend people not to have a car service from ServiceStop, it’s a terrible company in my experience and from many of the reviews many people have had a bad experience with them.

Book vehicle online and paid in full, contacted them the day before asking them to collect between 9-10am. They confirmed by email. Day of collection 9:30am called the driver phone switched off, 11:00am arrived and no collection. The service advisor was not that helpful no apologies no confirmation that the car would be back the same day, no guarantee of collection time. So cancelled and requested refund. I would avoid these people they do not do what they say. Also looking at there service cost and info this is more than I check and not a service.

Avoid them. They have cancelled on us twice and it's strange that you cant call them. Made me miss an urgent meeting. They absolutely don't care. It seems as though they are managing it from a garden shed. Does seem like a scam.

Car was booked in for a full diesel service. Huge list of things ticked off. Could see my tyres had not been touched and therefore brakes not checked. Was told all tyres removed. A Warning light came on the NEXT day to say oil was low. On the dipstick it was LOWER than the Bottom line! Despite me paying an extra £89.99 for specialist oil and life time flush. I was told my car would be collected at 8 am and back by 2 and it gone for over 9 hours. We drive to the garage on the paperwork and it wasn’t even there ! Total scam and cost me over £200

AVOID - Service stop schedule say they check and top up brakefluid - my car had 30K miles and they said i had to have brakefluid renewed at £140

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with - don't go near them. I got lured in with cheap prices and quick sales calls. I had 7 calls on the day of collection and they were 3 hours late. I asked for no extras as the car was only just over a year old - I got a call and email with all the extras and when I refused to have them the agent put the phone down on me. Calling back to find out what has happened to my car the agent refused to tell me as he couldn't see the info despite me having g my ref etc. Luckily I managed to do some detective work and spoke to the actual garage to find my car was coming back - but they can't provide the report as it's all down to Servicing stop - surprise surprise. I normally always read reviews and if I had I would never have used them - I really hope you get to read my review before you use them. I still haven't had my car back!

Biggest scammers ever. I have been charged £302 for oil change with some lifetime engine flush and car came back scratched. Thx to their customer service and sale people.. sick of you. No help whatever. Once you decide to book the service you going to get ripped off. Never ever again. Lesson learned and I’m warning everyone one. Their service used to be good 7+ years ago when you could talk to garage directly now . They are just scammers from office. I hope my car didn’t get Damaged by them.

Booked in for full service which clearly stated that change of spark plugs included in the option with extra charges, however when the collected my car they recommended a car diagnostic check for £250 which I refused because I already knew what the problem was but they still went ahead with it and I paid the fee. they charged me £40 for oil change, and then stated that I had to change my spark plug which I told them in the beginning, and they said it will cost me £580 which I refused and asked them to return my car. I managed to get a quote from a highly know garage and I ended up paying £148 saving myself £432. THEY ARE GREAT SCAMERS. NEVER WILL I EVER USE THEM AGAIN OR EVEN RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

These guys are SCAMMERS! Took my car in for service and MOT. I paid £110, got a quote for £1767.70......yes £1767.70!!! (allegedly because the car failed the MOT on many fronts) Of course I declined, it took them 3 days to return my car, but only after I began to threaten them. No MOT fail certificate....so probably not done! No evidence that any service was done. I eventually got the MOT, servicing done + all the repairs for £352. STAY OFF THESE GUYS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Rip off merchants! They quoted me £175 for service and MOT. They contacted me to say the car had passed the MOT but needed an extra £175 to change the oil and brake fluid. Standard stuff that should be done on a service. I rang the garage that did the work and they told me they wouldn’t charge anywhere near that. Don’t be fooled with the initial quote like I was. I was told that if I wanted my car back quicker I would have to give a 10 star review. Cowboys, avoid at all costs!!

Car returns with management light still on.. After saying it was completed. Twice!! Mot and service cost me over £500 last year and over 700 this year. My car is now only worth 350 with going too them twice , they really are charlatans.

It's a scam 100% paid £146 for full service and MOT - cancelled first pick up. Next one had to go 30 miles away for next centre. You get a link saying they've done all the full service in like an hour - no service book it says - in glove box . Then call failed MOT on brake pads quotes me £563 for extra work with some brake fluid and oil !! Ridiculous - can't drive it back as dangerous etc.. basically blackmailed to pay it. Customer service ask you to give them 10 stars !! Car supposed to be back by 6 pm - ring 5.40 pm should be with you . Rang the mobile if the guy who collected ( he got me to put more petrol in for journey ) terrible driver I asked for the name of garage who did work - no answer / I After 3rd message to mobile unanswered and saying I will report it stolen it turned up at 6,45 pm - the guy literally ran off passed me a mot cert !! They clearly didn't service it and they ripped me off to get car back. The reviews on trusted pilot are invited and fake - look army recent reviews and one stars - the truth!! I am contacting trading standards about these people. DO NOT BOOK OR BE TENOTED GO TO Halfords

OMG - £146 for MOT and full service. Where to begin - quoted £563 for extra work as it failed its MOT on brake pads - well yes Ford Fiesta brake pads and some oil cost this. Wouldn't return my car as not fit to drive?? Really ?? It flew through last years MOT - of course taken away 40 miles to do work - youm are forced to pay. Car back between 4 to 6 pm? Mine was eventually returned at 6.45 pm - I had rang since 5 pm for update - NOTHING. Oh and guess what NO SERVICE STAMP in the book - in the glove compartment... 100% agree with others - sadly I looked at trusted pilot - Look at this site reviews these are real ones... AVOID - if you;ve pre paid - write it off people - DON't go ahead with the booking!!! SCAMMERS

I wish I had checked the reviews first. Was quoted for the full service and when it was due back they phoned to tell me it required new brake fluid, antifreeze and engine flush out all as part of the service. I checked and the engine flush out and antifreeze were not part of that service so I declined but ended up paying a lot for the brake fluid which should have been part of the origional quoted price. Very bad company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Very disappointing service ..wiper arm was just hanging down. Was told that hand brake will be adjusted ..but was not . Was told auxillary belt will be changed at the cost of £269 ..which was not changed but still I paid . All together I paid about £600 just for changing engine oil . Emailed them about all this but never got a response . Never again with SERVICE STOP .
