“They scammed me with £450 for very minor repair that this price not match in the market and without my approval. When I tried to cancel this repair, they just intended to ignore me. I have raised a complaint 3 months ago and regardless of the enormous reminders, they failed to even look at my case and reach to a settlement. I kept chasing Michael Nathan but he just doesn't care! They don't care about their customers, so irritating to deal with them. Definitely won't recommend to anyone. I am sure the positive reviews you see are paid and fake!”

“Avoid. Took my car this morning, promptly at 755am. MOT competed at around 11am. 1pm call to say it failed, paid the £1200. Said car would be back between 5-6pm. It’s 8pm. Cannot get hold of anyone. Going to have to call the police. What a mess. Please just AVOID.”

“As per all other reviews its a scam! Tried to charge me for expensive oil change, my car is 1 yr old and 3k miles. No contact number just an email or live chat which are next to useless. I'm the fool as I only looked at Trust Piolt reviews not the thousands and thousands of negative remarks basically saying the same thing trying to scam you for additional work that doesnt need doing not to mention a report by Watchdog! Im still awaiting my car that they've had since 11:00 this morning and told me I won't get it back until 6pm. When I advised I certainly didn't want their expensive oil flush I was told it would be inferior oil used which could invalidate the Warranty. what a pile of S**T They resort to scare mongering when you won't have the wool pulled over your eyes. SCAMMERS DODGY NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE HOPE THEY GO INTO LIQUIDATION SOON OR ARE CLOSED DOWN.”

“Looking at their web site it looked too good to be true.. Quoted £94 for full service.. Total cost £560 on a car only 2yrs old and very low milage.. Avoid at all cost..”

“Work not done despite the fact I paid upfront. Car not collected and I had to do a 160 mile round trip, told MOT would be £3000 yet the garage that "did my service and mot" ( only did mot ) then said they could do it for £617 so why the huge increase? Dodgy company with dodgy business practices as far as I can see. I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand. AVOID, DO NOT USE. I am seeking legal advice to get my money back.”

“Car was not returned on Friday as promised - no call - nothing all weekend - after reporting to the police as stolen I finally got my car back on Monday afternoon - check out the victims page on fb for further reviews”

“Warnings, these peopl6are big scamers,they charged me£165,and returned the car without servicing as they wanted to charge me for the work that I didn't asked for when I said no they told me they are sending my car back and put the phone down on me.. I gurantee you these people are verified fraudsters.. stay away.”

“Had to give one star. Car was collected on time and the mot completed. However the scamming crew had already charged me for an interim service which the garage didn't do at all and then the cheeky sods tried to get me to purchase special oil, a pollen filter and flush as well as several other items that should be done at the fictional service. The price would have been around £800 if i hadnt been fore warned. All in all, I paid £107 for just an MOT and the promise of a non existent interim service. Please do not be conned into using this company as you will NOT get what you pay for. They are absolute thieves.”

“they took my car with an already paid sum for a full service and MOT. they then wanted to charge use £870 for an engine flush, a washer pump and oil. we complained and was able to get the price down. they would not give our car back until we paid. when we received the car back the had drained the car of a full tank of fuel. leaving damage to the engine.”

“DO NOT USE I HAD MY CAR PICKES UP AT 9PM THIS MORNING RANG ME AT 5 30 WHEN THEY CLOSE AT 6PM AND SAID THE CAR CANT HAVE A SERVICE AS THE SUMP PLUG IS STUCK AND THEY WANTED 600 POUNDS TO REPLACE IT AND TAKE IT OUT WHEN I SAID NO WHEN MY CAR BEEN RETURNED HE SAID ABOUT 6 HALF 6 AND NO ONE CAME THEY STILL HAVE MY CAR I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON A NIGHT SHIFT TONIGHT AND CANT GO AS THEY HAVENT DROPPED MY CAR BACK OFF THE GUY HAD CAME AND PICKED HIS CAR UP FROM OUTSIDE MY HOUSE LUCKY I DIDNT SEE HIM GET INTO IT SO IM STILL WAITING FOR MY CAR IF ITS NOT ARRIVED BY TOMORROW I BE REPORTING IT STOLEN TO THE POLICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT!! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF !!!!”

“This is a very poor company and should on no account even be considered, from my experience they have done nothing in regards thier own protocols and procedures, nothing was done to resolve both poor service and costs of work. They are full of excuses none of which are relevant. As example the cost of additional works are charged at main dealer prices ( my vehicle was worked on by a far from main dealers expertise). You would be foolish to use this company”

“Avoid this company at all costs! They engage in deceptive practices, promising full car services while never actually performing the work. They'll call and fabricate issues like black brake fluid and a need for extra services, but none of it is real. They gladly take your money and rudely hang up when you request a refund. Their lack of remorse is evident. Stay away!”

“Absolutel SCAM and joke of a compnay. Prepaid full amount for servicing. Was quoted pick up time 9-10 am . No show, tried to contact - quoted will come Collect by 11:30. No show again!! Been trying to reach the company - they aren’t responding anymore.”

“SCAM!!! They did service and MOT and then said they needed to change brake fluid, extra £130. When I asked them to explain again why this needed doing, the man on the phone became rude and aggressive, saying he could set up a monthly payment plan, belittling me saying "are you telling me you can't afford £25 today?" I told them to just bring my car back and did not authorise any extra work. When the car was returned I asked the mechanic about the brake fluid and he said it's not necessary to do it!!! My logbook and owners manual were missing from the car so they are thieves as well as rude. I have reported to police and I would suggest anyone else who has had the misfortune to deal with this awful company do the same thing if they find their log book missing. I also suggest you refuse any extra work being done as I am fairly sure a trusted garage will do the work for much less, if it's actually necessary.”

“Absolutely dreadful! Avoid at all costs. Paid money upfront for service and MOT. Was then told that work that needed to be done would cost £800!!!! Asked what needed to get the car through the mot and was told that the front brake pads and weirdly a change of oil, were quoted at the cost of £320. Absolutely did not want it done. The operator was rude, and very pushy. Was told that they wouldn’t return the car, and that I couldn’t get the car released until they agreed it. Would not touch again, and if I was a garage owner, I would not be connected with them in any way! Avoid!!”
