“Have used this service a few times and always had a positive experience, only downside is my most recent MOT was done and l was given the incorrect certificate by the garage and have called them three times to get the correct one sent to me but to no avail. I understand that's the garages fault, however l think Servicingstop could put a procedure in place where they get sent a copy of the certificate before the car is released perhaps. I am having to waste my time chasing the garage and now l will need to make a trip to them in person so l can eventually get it.”

“fast service, great to have the car picked up and delivered back but the extra costs for different oils are very expensive”

“Decent service, pick up was on time and dropped off perfectly OK. Charged me £24 for "special oils" which I thought was a little bit odd considering I'd paid for a full service and so thought this would be included (the car I had serviced was not high spec - 3 year old Citroen DS3), then also quoted me £235 + VAT for change of 2 tyres which I thought was too steep though they happily returned the car without any issue whatsoever. Would probably recommend though just be careful with additional costs as they will add up.”

“Great idea, works reasonably well. Communication must be worked on though! I was nearly left with no car had I not spent time searching for alternative contact numbers for the garage to get my car back once they had closed.”

“Collected car on time contacted me later in day work done gave me a time for car being returned I have no complaints Service was done ok I checked various areas of schedule and the work had been done”

“Initially i was disappointed as my MOT was cancelled. However another appointment was made whereby they picked vehicle up from and delivered vehicle to workplace. All on time & kept in touch so knew things were ok. Excellent value & would recommend without hesitstion. Very straightforward & impressed.”

“Excellent service, from the collection to the drop off. All within the time allocated. They wanted to charge and carry out additional work but I refused and paid for the original service.”

“Customer service this time was very nice. First they booked me to garage 30 mins far away from my house, I asked to change the garage and they did so. Picked the car on time, a guy on the other end of line explained the job needed to be done, I received the car after 6pm (later than usual, this was second time I used Servicing Stop). The only thing I don't like that they don't provide any documentation of the work they've done (I needed to ask via email for paperwork). I would recommend this service.”

“Good communication pleasant staff picked up and dropped off at great times ... happy with all except the price of the things that needed doing for the mot and things recommended for the service were pricey. They weren't pushy though I only had done what I wanted.”
