“collected as arranged (local garage).Missed call to pay and could not get back to make payment as line engaged each time I tried. Eventually made contact but to late to have car returned 'til next morning. Was not a problem for me .”

“The work carried out was good, the chap that collected my vehicle was pleasant and reassuring but twice now, the items in the back of my van were thrown about whilst it was obviously being driven. This needs to be addressed. Regards Neil”

“It is incredibly easy to get your car sorted with Service Stop. I just wish they'd be able to pick my car up before 8:30, as I can't leave for work that late.”

“In all a good service, but didn’t recieve a hard copy of our service report, not everybody has a printer. Also didn’t like being hard sold extras, or being told I needed high spec oil which was over and above the manufactures recommendations.”
