*WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE* I had service stop last year about the same time, had a couple of issues regards to the collection but accepted the explanation regards to staffing issues, (never got a phone call regards to this so had to call myself, which took a while). I didn't have to pay any extra's luckily as my MOT passed not even extra for the oil. Went with this company again this year, paid for a Full Service and MOT with £20 off if paid straightaway costing me £119. very reasonable. Nothing but problems after, had a phone call to say I had to pay for the oil £29.99 plus VAT, and extras for the MOT to the cost of £318.00, I'm not a mechanic so accepted the cost and works, after this I received a text regards to one of the parts for the fog light not been in stock and it will need to be ordered from the main Dealer and will be there on Thursday, so I will need to take the car back myself, and then it can be fixed they said they will keep the car for 2 days or bring it back, I use my car for work so said I needed it back for the allocated time it states on the website for 6pm, come 4.30 no message regards to the car so asked if they had any info, bearing in mind they had messaged me on the same number regards the part, no message back, come, 5.45pm I am now getting worried as the car is not back and I am at work for 6.30pm. Messaged again no answer, had to use my sons car, the car was delivered back at 8pm. Have tried constantly to ring to find out when the other part is getting fitted as the MOT would be running out in 7 days, luckily had an invoice that the garage put in the car, so rang them to be told I would get a call back in an hour, no call back, rang again to be told there was no way the part or car would be fixed on the Thursday, had to ring on the Friday but it was like the guy as ignorant as he was didn't have a clue, I asked about been reinbursed for the diesel I was using to go back to the garage as it was in Stoke-on-Trent which is an hour there and an hour back,to be told rudely go through customer services, I have arranged to go back tomorrow haveing to take the morning off work and losing pay, so I will be there first thing as soon as they open to see what happens. Will NEVER use again

**Terrible company,be warned** Booked easy enough, a simple process, but from then it went wrong! Driver was late, then service agent called stating £1450 worth of work to be done, authorised it, work wasn't done as requested. I doubt the work was needed. Investigation in process and consideration for legal action pending. Don't book or use this company!

This company needs looking into they are a complete disgrace to the motor industry. Waited 2 days to get my car back even though work was completed on first day. They rang me to tell me I needed an engine flush at some ridiculous figure. I said I was confused because the service had already been completed the garage had already confirmed it. So I asked if they were going to drain out the new oil to carry out this so called flush. The advisor didn't know what to say and said oh we had better leave it this time. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with when trying to call them, always engaged or a permanent message saying that the person you are calling is not available. Don't know how you are supposed to talk to them. Do not get involved with them you will regret it I can promise you that. You don't really save anything in the long run you just stress yourself out not worth it.

Avoid. Unable to make contact with anyone on all the numbers on the email and on line. Always an automated system! They kept my car over night without letting me know! They overcharged me for things I didn’t need doing and tried to get me to spend money on unnecessary work. I’m currently reporting them to the ombudsman

Servicing Stop is a disgusting scam operation. They quote a very low price online to entice you to book a service and mot. Once they collect your car you are at their mercy. They got my service done by one of their allotted garage, where my car passed the mot and got serviced completed for £122, but just before authorising the garage to return my car, they rang me and made up an additional charge of £258 for “work” which I never asked for or authorised. I protested, but they threatened me that unless I transfer the money my car won’t be returned to me. I have since lodged a complaint against them and will be taking them to the small claims court with all the evidence I have in writing. I would advise everyone to stay well clear of this disgraceful Scamming operation. I understand that a lot of people have been the victims of this company and am surprised that Trading Standards have allowed this Scam to carry on.

After waiting in all day to have my car collected, for a service, it was a NO SHOW, taken my money up front, silly me, i only did this as they offered a £20 discount. i have contacted my bank to see if i can get my money back, we will see tried ringing numerous times but only to hear music no one answers the calls a very angry and upset woman

Too long to get things sorted and AI chat leads to calls anyways as it cannot answer many things. No one answers for at least 40 mins in my all 4 encounters. Your reviews are very bad and I would not recommend anyone to you !!!

My 71 year old mother called them for an mot. They took her car offering an mot and service for £89 then called to say she had to pay £500 for the mot or they would keep her car. My poor mum was panicking like crazy-when she said she didn’t have the money he became quite aggressive, asked how much money do you have in the bank then! Mum paid him just to get her car back and all the things he claimed were wrong are a lie. 2 people checked the car over since and said Servicestop were talking rubbish. Do not use-disgusting to treat an elderly women like they did and rip her off.

AVOID, I genuinely can't believe these scammers are allowed to operate. Just avoid at all costs and don't be fooled (like me) with low prices. They will hold your car at ransom for completely unnecessary work at extortionate costs!

Do not use . Cancelled service with less than 24 hours notice . They rebooked it for inconvenient day. When I rescheduled garage didn't turn up . Trying to get a refund for weeks !!!

Blood sucker parasite, once they get your car , start threatening, intimidating to pay for extras to have your car back Chris should be sent for training and development unless this is how this company operates

Booked for a full service, garage collected the car and were very good, then servicing stop contacted me and started off by telling me it was an extra £25 for special oil!! 2008 corsa van, contacted the garage who told me it was just normal oil, the person on the phone tried to justify it by saying it was long life oil (yeah right) I disagreed and he started getting abusive on which he then hung up. I must stipulate do not use these people and book direct with garages.

Pay for a failed mot , asked for £2000 to fix it , my whole car worth £2800 , is nothing wrong with the car , I was told after , visiting a private garage who passed my mot !!! Scam , trying to fool people and ask for ridiculous prices for nothing , they will need to be reported because they will fool more people ! And after I said I can’t afford or pay £2000 the man on the phone said is nothing you can do apart from go to scratch !!!!!!! Is a fine working car from 2011 !!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t make the mistake to go !!!!!!

They are ripp offs and i will contact the trading standards. I have paid for full service and they said that i have to pay for filters oil and everything else that is supposed to be included in the price. Also i have paid for MOT that they are refusing to pass because i wont pay for all the things that needs to be paid for! So i have paid for nothing! Also to get my car back they want me to pay more! The guy on the phone was very rude and also hanged up to me!
