I have checked your order and dispatch details and can see that the order was received on Tuesday 1st August, and it was dispatched the following day by 2nd class post as you had selected the free delivery option. Our websites states that we will dispatch items on this service within 2-3 days. Should you require a faster delivery time there are options to upgrade.
