Ordered 36v motor, received 240v, rang and left messages leaving contact number, detailing problem. No reply. Had to buy 36v motor from elsewhere and throw 240v in bin. Bad communication if theres a problem and no "despatched" or tracking number supplied so didnt know when to expect parcel

Thank you for your review, We're sorry you've had a bad experience, and we'll address your complaint below; We've canvassed both staff members who look after the telephone and email system, and both have said that they have not received any message or email from yourself regarding this issue. Customers can also use the live messaging system available on our website to contact us as well. Unfortunately, the message system logs also show no correspondence from yourself. We do our best to address all customer issues, but without any record of the issue it makes it impossible for us to do so. Checking your order, the part ordered was a 230V motor, which was not what you required. Rather than disposing of incorrect/faulty items, customers have the facility to send things back to us for a full refund, and the process is available for all customers to view on our website at https://septimus-spares.co.uk/information/troublefree-returns/ Once returned items are received, our team processes a refund the same day. If you're still able to, please return it and we'll gladly refund your order. When an order is placed, our website uses an automated email system to confirm receipt of order, and also sends an automated dispatch email once the order has been marked as completed by a member of our team. Unfortunately, at times we do receive reports from customers that they don't receive these into their inbox for some reason, either it gets marked as spam or bounced back to us due to some email providers server settings. Unfortunately we have no way of knowing this unless a customer lets us know, and it seems that this may have been the case with your order. Kind Regards,

What a ripoff £26.00 for 3 seals, found could be bought elsewhere for 1/5 of price, bought 6 elsewhere for £14.00. Make sure you shop around. Alders 2

Received 2 interlinked spares for my Karcher K7. Unfortunately they are not compatible with each other even though shown as the correct spares. Would request that you check with Karcher and provide me with clarity

Good morning Stuart, We understand one of our team has been in touch and provided photographs on how to fit this part, so hopefully you're now up and running. If not, please give us a call. We directly feed from Karcher's own parts database and diagrams, unfortunately sometimes their parts diagram images don't 100% match the physical part, usually when the part has been updated, as is the case in this instance. Good Afternoon, We can confirm your order was dispatched and is listed as leaving the UK on 26th January. Due to Brexit and issues with customs, parcels leaving the UK have been caught up in delays and may take longer than expected to reach their destination.

Thank you for your review. We're disappointed to see that you've given us a 1 star, which, with respect, we find a little unfair. For clarity, you ordered on the 3rd December, using the Free delivery option (Royal Mail 2nd Class, usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.) which was dispatched from us on the same day, 3rd December. Unfortunately, with the current situation regarding COVID, there are times that Royal Mail may be experiencing delays with deliveries to certain parts of the country. We have had customers report 1st Class deliveries taking 3-5 days to receive their item when we've posted the same day. Ultimately, we'd like to thank you for your custom during these trying times, and that you'll be happy with your purchase.

Dear Sir Sorry to hear that you feel you have had a bad experience with Septimus Spares, unfortunately at the moment we are suffering some delays with receiving goods from some suppliers which is impacting on our service, That said if you refer to our delivery information you will note that any items sent via our free delivery option, as you selected, are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. Very poor service. Waited over a week for initial delivery and wrong part arrived. I rang and arranged for correct part and over a week later I am still waiting with no update or apology.

very impressed with help on the telephone until i found out it is a premium number then not so impressed as to why she kept me on the line . no wonder you can afford free delivery with what you make on the phone calls absolute disgrace !

When a customer calls for help finding parts we download information from the manufacturer's website and search the diagrams to ensure we supply the correct part, which can take time. We normally offer to return a customer's call if we have difficulty, Alternatively we offer a free online chat facility. The amount you pay will depend on your service provider. Some companies include 0845 calls in their packages. following an issue trying to find the part you gave me the part number which I then ordered. The part number was incorrect as the items do not fit, we are still trying to resolve the matter

Dear Mr Need I am sorry to see you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, however looking at our records your order was placed on the 7th of June and dispatched via courier on the same day. According to our couriers website an attempt to deliver was made on the 8th but nobody was available to take delivery, and as so a card was left.
