Absolute con artists when it comes to p&p charges. Over £5 to have a tiny rubber valve posted in an over large envelope

Dear Mr Peters I'm sorry to hear that you have still to receive your recent order, I can see from our system that the original order was placed on Saturday 4th April and was processed the following Monday. As you selected Free delivery the goods were dispatched via 2nd class mail on Wednesday the 8th, which is within the 3-5 working day dispatch time stipulated. Normally we would expect this to be quicker however the current lockdown situation is unfortunately impacting on our service levels, that of our suppliers and also the Royal Mail. Ordered the product which was said to be in stock for next day delivery. The product apparently has been dispatched by numatic direct and still have not received my order

Dear Mr Strange, Thank you for your valuable feedback. I am sorry that you were unhappy with our dispatch time. I have checked your order and dispatch details and can see that the order was received on Tuesday 1st August, and it was dispatched the following day by 2nd class post as you had selected the free delivery option. Our websites states that we will dispatch items on this service within 2-3 days. Should you require a faster delivery time there are options to upgrade. Dear Sir I am sorry to see you have not received your purchase yet, our records indicate that the parcel left us on the 22nd June, within 48 hours of the order being placed. It was sent on a first class service so should have reached you by now. Could you please contact me if your parts do not arrive by Monday and I will dispatch some replacements.
