“We have been really happy with the order process, delivery and ultimately the product. Bought the Segway with hoverkart kit for our 10 year old daughters birthday. She loves it. It charges quickly and the charge lasts for a long time. Great prices and offers on the website. We have already recommended to a friend who bought the same for their daughter and I dont think it will be long until we are back to buy another for our younger son. She sometimes uses without the go-kart kit but more use with the kit as it's easier for her. We're very happy!”

“The Hover board was a Christmas present for my daughter. They ordering process was very simple and delivery was very quick and could be tracked. This product was really well priced compared to others that I had seen. The product was well packed and protected. My daughter couldn’t believe hers yes on Christmas morning and took to it like a duck to water. Thank you for supplying a quality product.”

“Having read all the reviews after placing my order, I was slightly concerned, but board and cart has arrived. Very happy with the quality of the product and as of yet, no complaints. If there are any issues, I will give Segbo the benefit of the doubt to sort it before coming back to report here. So far, So good.”

“Thank-you Rax you are amazing and so is the Segway and hover Kart I bought for my granddaughter. When I asked her what she wanted for her birthday she showed me a picture of one well to be honest I had no idea what it was. I started to do loads of research, different companies, products, reviews but kept coming back to Segbo and then finally contacted them and chatted to Rax. Rax was truly amazing and explained all about them the different options, colours, styles, design ect. I then ordered a matching Hoverboard and Hoverkart for my grand daughter. Placing an order online is still a challenge for me as i still don't understand how this whole system works but luckily Rax stayed over the phone with me and guided me step by step (it did not look very difficult to be honest at that time) until i successfully placed the order. As soon as i placed the order i received a confirmation receipt in the email with my purchase details and amount of money i spent which is a reassurance that the order was placed and confirmed. It was easy to put together even for me as I am a wheelchair user! I was most impressed with how sturdy it was, that the colour matched perfectly, it was quick to charge fully and then when my granddaughter saw it the next day she was so happy and spent all weekend on it. If you are looking for a hoverboard and or a hoverkart I can highly recommend this company as their staff are fantastic, delivery was free everything was exactly how they said it would be and the price was very good so I now have a very very happy granddaughter. Thank you”

“So surprised to read the reviews below as my experience has been the opposite. I used Segbo to repair a faulty hoverboard I had bought for my daughter from another company who refused to mend it. The Segbo website was easy to use and clear. The return was handled quickly and efficiently and Customer Service kept me informed via email all the way through. It was returned to me securely in only a few days and the repair cost was very reasonable. It works brilliantly straight out of the box, far better than it ever did before. Really happy, thank you.”

“I purchased hover cart bundle my son absolutely loves it, we have however had to return it twice to get repaired which was a inconvenience! The customer services team are absolutely fantastic on both occasions so helpful & made it really easy I’m now contemplating purchasing another one for my older son as he loves his brothers”
