So surprised to read the reviews below as my experience has been the opposite. I used Segbo to repair a faulty hoverboard I had bought for my daughter from another company who refused to mend it. The Segbo website was easy to use and clear. The return was handled quickly and efficiently and Customer Service kept me informed via email all the way through. It was returned to me securely in only a few days and the repair cost was very reasonable. It works brilliantly straight out of the box, far better than it ever did before. Really happy, thank you.
