Great product and delivered within the expected dates. Order updates and auto-tickets are a bit disjointed, but maybe temporary due to Covid

We ordered and payment was taken 26th May (Online delivery date 1st July) finally received second week of September. We were given at least 5 different delivery dates. Some of the order was delivered And was wrong!!! We had to make all the effort to contact to find out what was happening, they emailed with delivery dates that Come and went. Many promises were made none kept. They promised a minuscule refund but never received it! Promised to call back a few times only kept that promise once. These were ordered to allow my kids to have fun over the holidays and we finally got the order completed after they were back at school. Very disappointed young children. Plus the kart was bent so not all the screws to keep the seat on fitted.

I bought my grandson - aged 7 - a Hoverboard with a go kart - it came as a package. He loved it but after just one month it stopped working. We tried all the recommended tricks to get it going again but it would not go. So I contacted SEGBO and was told that I had to buy a ‘return package’ for 17.50 in order to ensure that the items got sent safely back to them. I was also told that it would take approximately a week and that if it was proved to be a fault with the equipment that I would get the 17.50 back. I bought the return package and sent the hoverboard back. I heard nothing from SEGBO and it was only after writing over 20 emails, then telling them I would go to my credit card company and get a full refund if they did not respond that they finally told me the hoverboard would be coming back within days, it actually took 10 days but at last it was back. I don’t know what was wrong, I haven’t heard anything about a refund, and it took over 3 months to get it back! I know we have COVID to deal with but this is the worst experience of customer service, just sending an automated reply is not good enough when someone is waiting and waiting. As I said I don’t know what went wrong which would have been useful so we could perhaps use the information in the continuing use of the product. Would never buy from them again

Excellent customer service! I contacted SEGBO to get some help and advice regarding hoverboards/karts, as I didn’t know much about them, other than my daughter wanted one for her birthday. Everything was explained extremely well and every question I asked was answered. It wasn’t about trying to convince me to buy the most expensive, It was about choosing the right one for my daughter. Free delivery, arrived on time and great price. My daughter absolutely loves it and has hours of fun riding it! Definitely get a 5 star rating for me ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I ordered a piece of equipment from SEGBO. When this item didn't arrive, when expected, I wrote an inquiring email. Response was instant explaining how the pandemic had slowed up all their orders. Kept me informed until unit arrived. A very professional outfit. Would highly recommend.

Delivered precisely on time according to date shown- think I ordered much later than previous reviewers and the site now informs you of the dispatch date. Brilliant quality hoverboards and amazing price with free hoverkart Included. Great fun and our kids love them! Would buy from again and have recommended to a friend.

Delayed delivery by a month but kept reasonably informed by Segbo. Otherwise granddaughter delighted by receipt of birthday gift. Appreciate Covid problem affecting all aspects of life.

Was very disappointed that the product arrived very late but due to the recent situation with COVID I understood!! When the product arrived I was very pleased with it!! My girls were overjoyed!! They have SO much fun every day and so far we’ve had no problems!
