Order hadn’t arrived so I called the company who advised it had been delivered to a local coop. Went to said coop and they had no parcel. Dpd hadn’t left a card or email to say delivery had been attempted. Called the company again and spoke with an unhelpful patronising git, who kept repeating that I had got an email with a tracking so I should have checked that. Unfortunately I don’t have time to scroll through emails so I missed that one and there was no further update from DPD. I will NOT use this company again thanks to the member of staff I spoke with today.

However, it is stated in our terms and conditions on our website that this can happen if there are missed deliveries, and any updates on your order will be stated in the DPD tracking information that is linked in the email of your order. DPD don't always leave a card, so it is important to access the tracking for relevant details. We pride ourselves on our customer service and after-sales resolutions, and our helpful team always try to resolve issues in an efficient and effective manner. We offered a suitable solution, and your request for a refund was actioned immediately upon your termination of the phone call. The delivery service was awful. Got a notification shortly before delivery while I was still in bed so missed the delivery. DPD took it to the high street post office and refused a re-delivery even though my bulk order was too heavy for me to collect (no parking nearby). Screen textiles could not offer a solution so I had to cancel the whole order.

Does not hold stock. Paid for fast postage within 3 days and then told it’ll be around 2 weeks. Then would not give a full refund as they had already ordered the tops to come to them. Joke of a company. Will never use again.

Had a problem with my order and emailed the company describing the issue. I was very understanding that sometimes things don’t go right and just wanted the problem resolved. Around an hour after my email, I was contacted via telephone but a very rude gentleman who told me he “didn’t believe me”. I was very upset and annoyed that such a large company has such poor standard of customer service. I will never buy from this company again, not for the mistake but for the service I received.

Got no notification re delivery. I paid £6 odd fordelivery. DPD did not try to deliver as I was in all day. They told me to pickit up three milesaway. I am 82 and disabled and have no neighbours. You agreedtorefund me. Waiting for that refund. Would order from you again but not via DPD. Had this trouble with them before. Many thanks. Edwina Ayres

Absolutely awful company! They robbed me of £32! I ordered multiple items 3 months ago and after receiving no word from them I tried to claim a refund and they only refunded me £72 out of a £109 order! Do not trust a company who would do this to honest folks in desperate times. Shameful behaviour! Don’t support this morally bankrupt company

Hi, We are sorry to hear about this. We can see via your DPD tracking information that there was a missed delivery on the 18th of January, the day after your order was placed. This delivery was again refused on the 19th of January and returned to the DPD depot. You can see these tracking details via an email that we sent on the morning of delivery, we have checked the tracking through this link, and it seems to be working as expected, We were first aware of this issue when you opened a Paypal dispute for £76.19, not the total amount. After seeing your request for a refund of £76.19, we promptly refunded you, presuming you had received part of your order. If you had asked for a refund for the total amount, we would have refunded the full amount. Only after this did we receive a follow-up message on Monday from PayPal stating you had requested the extra money owed, which we swiftly honoured. The next and only correspondence we received directly from you was an email threatening to ruin our business. To which we responded for further details. We can see that you emailed us on Saturday, the 18th of March, and we responded on Monday 20th of March, when our offices were back open and actioned a refund for the remaining funds owed - no money has been 'robbed'. If there is ever an issue with an order and you haven't received your goods within the estimated 1-2 working days, please get in touch with us via 01928 571 522, where our phone lines are open Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. You can also contact us via email at info@screentextiles.co.uk or pop into our website live chat. Unfortunately, we cannot act on an issue without being made aware of it. Please be aware that we do not tolerate smear campaigns. Your behaviour is unacceptable, especially since our helpful team has done everything efficiently and swiftly to resolve the matter once we were made aware. Some of the products that I have bought came damaged, I have emailed the company after some days to get a answer to my email I have to call them. I have ask if is there a chance to just replace the items damaged instead to refund and the answer was: “I cannot do it because we don’t have the item available in stock anymore”. I have back to the website while I was speaking to the guy that pick my call and I could see as the product was still available to buy. After 1 hour I have back to the website and the products was still there available to buy. The customer service of this company are very poor. The product are amazing but be prepared to be treated as nothing or as your money do not have any importance to them.

We can only apologise that the items were not in the best of conditions, however, we had offered you a refund or replacement for the damaged items. The items we tried to replace had unfortunately been out of stock on our website, and as a result, we refunded you for the items we could not replace. Due to our website having a live stock feed, which items are in stock isn't in our control. Still have not received the products, was advised they would be here on Wednesday 14th but they still have not turned up - no notification as to where they are or when they might arrive. Having now reported to the company that I have not received the products - they tell me there was a failed delivery twice. I have found out myself the deliveries were by DPD - we are a school - staffed from 6.30am - 10pm Monday to Friday - DPD never even tried to deliver my package and Screentextiles - were not even interested - they see it as my problem - not even an apology!!

We can see via your DPD tracking that there were missed delivery attempts on the 13th and 14th of September due to the first line of the delivery address missing. As a result of this, DPD delivered this to a nearby pickup shop as they couldn't make a successful delivery to you without the essential information required to complete the delivery. We understand how frustrating this may be, and we can only apologise you have not received your order. However, it is not down to us to make sure your delivery information is correct. In this case, it had key information missing from your delivery address resulting in DPD being unable to deliver your order. I was missing 3 tshirts in my delivery and it was only when i phoned to chase them up that i was informed they were out of stock and i wouldn’t receive them until after i needed them! I think that should of been on the delivery note instead of “3 to follow” which was very misleading and the person i spoke to on the phone wasn’t very apologetic or helpful at all. Wasn’t happy with the service

I purchased a cap described as Flex fit, when it arrived it had a snap back which isn't flex fit. Emailed to complain but got no response. In the small print description of the cap it say snap back but the main title says flexfit so it's misleading advertising. Won't use again.

We can see that you emailed in on Friday 20th May, where one of our team got back to you on the same day to tell you this information. We can understand the confusion on this.
