Some of the products that I have bought came damaged, I have emailed the company after some days to get a answer to my email I have to call them. I have ask if is there a chance to just replace the items damaged instead to refund and the answer was: “I cannot do it because we don’t have the item available in stock anymore”. I have back to the website while I was speaking to the guy that pick my call and I could see as the product was still available to buy. After 1 hour I have back to the website and the products was still there available to buy. The customer service of this company are very poor. The product are amazing but be prepared to be treated as nothing or as your money do not have any importance to them.
