“Placed an order for a few caps to test on my new multi needle machine. They were due to be delivered the next day but DPD said they tried delivery then lost my parcel. I did a live web chat with Connor who was super helpful and resent the order which arrived the next day. I'm pleased with the quality of the caps and will definitely use again for other blanks”
