Still have not received the products, was advised they would be here on Wednesday 14th but they still have not turned up - no notification as to where they are or when they might arrive. Having now reported to the company that I have not received the products - they tell me there was a failed delivery twice. I have found out myself the deliveries were by DPD - we are a school - staffed from 6.30am - 10pm Monday to Friday - DPD never even tried to deliver my package and Screentextiles - were not even interested - they see it as my problem - not even an apology!!
