The delivery service was awful. Got a notification shortly before delivery while I was still in bed so missed the delivery. DPD took it to the high street post office and refused a re-delivery even though my bulk order was too heavy for me to collect (no parking nearby). Screen textiles could not offer a solution so I had to cancel the whole order.
