Hi Clair, we are sorry to hear you have not received your items. On your DPD tracking info, we can see that your parcel had two missed deliveries on the 1st and 2nd of March. As a result of this, it has been returned back to the DPD depot. Hi Su, we are sorry to hear about this. On your DPD tracking info, we can see that your parcel was out for delivery on the 10th Feb at 10:01am, but the DPD driver missed you. As a result of this, your package has been returned back to DPD. Product didn't fit and wanted to return the item - no return form option on the web site. Emailed the company 3 times no reply and and checked the junk folder. Phoned over the week but goes to answer machine and no option to leave a message. Impossible to get hold of anyone to discuss the issue.

After this, you will be emailed a returns form. If you have placed your order without opening an account, please get in touch with us on 01928 571522 or email us at info@screentextiles.co.uk, where we will upgrade you so you will be able to receive a returns form. I ordered 4 items and got only 3. Wrote them a letter about this and they ignored it

Still no response from anyone inside the company regarding my missing order I have message so many times I am getting annoyed with it so everyday from now until someone gets bck to.me there will be a bad review from me everyday.
