“The items ordered arrived next day which was impressive. However after one wash the Fruit of the Loom t-shirts began to unravel so I have had to sew in the threads to make sure they don't com apart.”

“The stock, quality, and colour range are great. I have placed a lot of orders already and customer service were always happy to help me with my queries. Shipping is always supper fast and reaches within 1 or 2 days. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is: I dont always but the MOQ for a product in order to reduce its cost per piece. However, as a repeat customer who always orders the same products, I would expect and be happy to get that discount anyway as a returning customer. I spoke to customer service and they told be it wasnt possible and that bulk discount are per purchase and not per customer. One other thing I would say is that its very hard to change an order once its placed, even if you call 5 min after the order was placed (I tried).”

“This should be an absolutely 5 star review, as the order process is simple, the products excellent and the delivery time incredible! The one star less is for flexibility.. I pressed order, realised I’d forgotten something and went to amend and couldn’t.. so I placed a second order, paid the second delivery and asked them to combine. They were so bloomin efficient that both parcels were despatched before the emails were read, so I paid both sets of delivery- 1 for very small parcel.. it feels hard to criticise for being too efficient, but if there was some flex, somehow, this company would be smashing it out of the ball park!”

“I give 4 stars due to the small size they come in. Yes they do tell you the sizes run small and they really do!! I'm medium but selected Large and it was JUST fine. If you want a bit of space for hot weather go for XL! Otherwise I'm very happy with the my t shirt.”

“my first order was brilliant, my second order went missing. After emailing my order was being resent for the following day. Which it finally did, after a mix up and getting someone elses?. Rang and spoke to connor who was very helpful and sorted it all out for me. My order was with me that day. Great customer service from connor.”

“Durable, everyday wear ultra cotton t-shirts are now difficult to buy on normal high streets. Screentextiles has been handy as they stock a variety of brand names of t-shirts, tops, etc. Ordered online a number of t-shirts at a reasonable price; they arrived well-packaged and in good time. Very satisfied with my purchase.”

“Very qucik, but no repsponse to my email to cusomter service and the struggle to change address with that VAT not bening accepted which lead to the PO address as it wasnt clear why it wasnt accepting my VAT number.”

“Delivery is second to none. Orders always arrive quickly. Unfortunately, the pouches that we order seem to not go through a rigorous quality control. They can be lopsided, unevenly sewn and zips need to be refitted. It's hot or miss. We generally have to alter and re-sew about 30% of the ones we receive. We will continue to buy, but with the understanding that a portion of them are in need of repair and cannot be used immediately.”

“T-shirts I ordered came quickly which was good and they were good quality but unfortunately I’ve sent them back as I don’t think they were true to size as such a large women’s was more like a medium and the XXL I ordered did not fit an xxl size.”

“My parcel did not arrive unfortunately, this was to be fair the couriers fault as they left it on the drive to be stolen . When I contacted Screentextiles I dealt with Connor who I found extremely unhelpful and quite rude , I escalated this to the Manager Chris who immediately refunded my purchase as a gesture of goodwill, just a shame for this company that one member of staff giving them not the best reputation.”

“I was expecting my delivery within a couple days of ordering (as mentioned 1-2 days), only to have waited over 5 days due to order being lost in transit. Once I phoned up customer service, they apologised & re-arranged the order which got virtually sent the next day which I was happy with :)”

“T shirts come fine but this time I had some problems with the packaging! All 22 t shirts came in one tiny packaging bag which had ripped and the shirts were hanging out and were dirty from delivery so had to wash them before I could use them”
