I really like the shampoo and the mask and just thinking that all the products from the brand will be good for my hair, instead my ends looks worse and the hair is oily. Waste of money to be honest

They promise 48 hour Priority International delivery Worldwide. That is a joke. Placed my order on May 8th 2023 and as of today the 18th of May, my package has not even been sent yet. I received confirmation saying it had been dispatched on the 9th of May but the tracking clearly says only a label has been created and it is waiting for Fedex to pick up. Too bad that it was for a gift for last week!! Not reliable. I am left wondering if they are a legit business or a scam. To be safe, I recommend following up with them the day after your product is expected or steer clear completely. I sent an email asking for clarification. Then I received an email back from them advising that apparently the courier has lost the item, “in their network”, they cannot find it and can’t replace it either with another one because now they are out of stock. Makes me wonder if it was ever really in stock? The only good thing they have done is offer me my AU 120.85 back. Refund was processed almost immediately so they earned the 1 star.

I am very disappointed and I regret purchasing an item from you. Firstly, my items was never delivered to me, when I complained about it, I was informed that it was drop at my door some days prior to the date I was informed it will be delivered. I think this is a scam as I never received any email advising that the item would be delivered. Please I want my money back, I am no longer interested in your products. I worked hard for my money Please.

I never received my purchase, so I'm rating this poorly. I've written the company a few times. I've even tried calling, but never had any luck there.

ordered a Lancôme skin care gift box for my wife, which didn’t arrive properly sealed (as it normally would when ordering directly from Lancôme) so can’t even be sure if actually new…really not impressed.

Would give no stars if allowed. Failed to send the item TWICE, and eventually got a refund. Complete waste of time and effort. Do not use this website.

My order didn’t arrive and when I chased it up I was told it got lost in the mail and you don’t have any more stock of the colour I ordered and to please choose another colour and they would expedite postage. I don’t want another colour so I requested a full refund including postage and have had no response :(

I ordered a litre of Phillips kinlgsley flakey itchy scalp shampoo. I did not receive shampoo instead I received a bottle of the Phillips Kingsley flakey itchy scalp conditioner. I am very disappointed as it’s for my husband and he does not use conditioner. A complete waste of money. I will not be buying from your online store again. The lid was not screwed onto the bottle

I find this company try to sell but they don't care about you have received your order or not , my experience find them they are not loyal with customers because with my order which was about 4items but I received only 2items , I already paid full amount and can't get help even with PayPal team they asked me to get help from lawyer but the cost of lawyer and processing would be 5time more than what I paid for my order ... Anyway I write this review and try avoid people of working with them , No recommend at all
