I received a fake bottle of perfume. The smell is awful and nothing like the original. I took photos of the bottles and the sprayer is clearly a fake as the original is black and solid and not the cheap transparent plastic on my bottle. It was a xmas present and I’m so upset!

I wouldn’t know as it was stolen outside my front door by somebody. Put full view in front of everyone. That was a Christmas present for my daughter. Please can you take it up with delivery company Evri. I have emailed and phoned and seller needs to do it

The product arrived damaged, there were dents in the cans, and the cellphone wrapping was missing meaning it could have been used by anyone. These items were bought for Christmas presents, will not order from this company again

Order arrived after a week but the perfume was missing from box. Emailed numerous times with no response and their telephone lines never get answered, the phone just cuts off. Disgusting how to treat a customer.

Still waiting on an order placed on 6th December which was for next day delivery. Have wrote to customer services at DHL nearly 2 weeks ago and still waiting on a reply. Have wrote 3 times now to your own customer service and had 1 reply with no results. Have now gone elsewhere and will not use this company again as they have shown no interest in trying to resolve the issue. Have now had two emails asking for a review of my order which I have now completed!

I have been told my package was delivered to my home address. When I look on the map, it has been delivered to a different street. Company not being very helpful and now I have no Christmas gift for someone. Would not recommend.

Placed an order in the 8th December, received notification that it has been despatched with a hermes tracking number which isn't valid... tried two attempts via their contact us page and onr through their customer services desk to no avail.havent bothered to reply still waiting on an expensive perfume for Christmas ans have paid.... very poor service

The parcel was delivered via EVRi at 10.50pm in the evening.The Courier left the package outside my door.Luckily my neighbour took in the parcel when he returned home from an evening out. I do think this was so Lucky . The outcome could have been different if it was not for my neighbour

I bought Daisy on Black Friday and the price advertised with code would not work when I went on to the website. I raised the issue with Scentsational and have never heard anything back. The purchase did arrive as described and on time - the rating is for the misselling and lack of customer service.

i haven't receive my order (#335590) since 24.11.23, i wrote you to email "help@scentsational.com" several times and didn't get a response. i also wrote on your website and didn't get a response, and finally, i tried to call few times, every day, since 28.11.23 but you didn't answer the phone, i also left a message on the phone and didn't get a response... so, I'm very unpleased with your service and would like to get my money back !!!

Only recieved part of my order and no-one is helping me and asking for a label on a box when i dont have this anymore as they should have this on a system . I'm being ignored with the same generic emails asking for a lable or they cant help me . Now im still with out a Christmas present. Do not order from this company

I have ordered 2 Goldea the Roman night absolute perfume from this company and upon receiving item, only one item was sent. I have sent multiple emails and attempted to call them severally. No one picks the call on their number and no one has reached out via email. I am giving them till Monday 4th December after which I will go and report them to the resolver and I will make a claim. I only saw the reviews after I made a purchase so please avoid this company as much as possible. The reviews are a true representation of who they are.

Received my parcel, the bottles of shampoo had leaked all over the box and the pump does not work on the shampoo. Tried to contact the company to no reply. Very disappointed
