“Excellent service. The wedding throw I ordered didn't match, but it wasn't a problem for them,they offered a colour match, they are so kind and patient, nothing is too much trouble to them. The quality of the throw is excellent.I highly recommend the Scarf Room”

“Excellent product in both designs and materials. delivered promptly and well wrapped with tissue paper instead of simply being shoved into a padded envelope. Certain materials will shed pile and should be washed before wearing. Only negative - many of my first choices were 'out of stock'.”

“I bought a pashmina from yourselves last year and was so pleased with it I was back again this year. A little disappointed that the colour I particularly wanted wasn't in stock but love the one I have chosen. Good quality, service and delivery times. Thank you”

“I was very disappointed in the way the £40 scarf was packaged. It came in a plastic envelope that was stuffed into my letter box. The scarf its self looks ok however I have been unable to remove it from its other plastic sleave as it is a Christmas gift and it already doesn't look very good and I done want to hand it over looking like I pulled from my own wardrope.”

Dear Claire Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your scarf was stuffed into your letterbox. You will see from the majority of our reviews that we always take great care to wrap our scarves very carefully in tissue paper and then place them in a strong waterproof bag to keep them protected during their journey to the customer. They are pristine when they leave our office! There is also a section on our checkout page where customers can leave more specific delivery requests for when they are not in and would rather not have their items put through the letterbox. I would suggest that you also have a word with your local delivery office asking that post be put through your letterbox more carefully in future. I hope this helps. “I received my scarf very quickly which was beautifully wrapped. I ordered a Wedding Pashmina which was a lovely weight and felt really nice but unfortunately the colour didn't work with my outfit so have had to return. I would definitely use this website again though for future orders.”
