“I was very pleased to receive my order so promptly but disappointed to discover that the scarf I ordered which was advertised as Ivory turned out to be snowy white. I will be returning it when I've worked out how to complete the return label. I keep being told that my house name is 'invalid'.”

“Lovely scarf, beautiful combination of Merino wool and silk. Will be perfect for attending a wedding in Greece. Well packaged and arrived with in a few days. Emails received to keep updated on order confirmation and delivery. I would order again from The Scarf Room.”

“I ordered a pashmina to be delivered next working day and indeed it did arrive before lunch. The quality of the pashmina is very good, it was true to the illustrated colour. It is lightweight but surprisingly warm - just the thing to wear with a summer outfit as the evening turns cooler. Excellent service and product.”
