“This is real luxurious quality and beautifully made. I bought the cream/white poncho which goes with any outfit. A perfect Xmas or birthday gift but I’m keeping this for myself. And Half the price of those sold by major up-market stores. Excellent value for money...thank you”

“When the scarf arrived it was turquoise rather than aqua. I emailed the Scarf Room and the member of staff I spoke to was extremely helpful explaining if I returned it I would be sent a replacement. Unfortunately, they did not have the aqua colour so I was refunded. I would order again with them if I wanted another colour as they were very helpful and responded very promptly to my email.”

Following our conversation and receipt of your return, we left a message with your husband to advise that you had received the correct pashmina in aqua and, as this was not the shade you wanted, would issue your refund. “I ordered a Pashmina for a wedding I was attending and paid a little extra for Royal Mail delivery. It arrived on time, was wrapped beautifully, the colour was gorgeous and the quality great. Would definitely recommend the Scarf Room to anyone and will use again!”
