You will not answer the phone. You are shopping my order to an incorrect address. I do not know why you have it stored like this- never ordered from you before. I do not live in Ashford. Please do not ship. I have sent 3 emails, all ignored.

Order placed and paid for several days ago as a birthday present. BUT IT HAS NOT ARRIVED!!!

I have been invited to write a review. If only they were as quick to deliver the scarf I ordered as them are to solicit reviews they may have received more than one star. If product ever arrives, I may amend the rating.

Tried to cancel my order as it was needed before the weekend and it would not arrive in time due to the Royal Mail strikes. I was then told by someone called Christina in customer service that they would then ensure the order was shipped with Evri to ensure that it arrived in time, to which I then agreed to go ahead with the order…only for me to get an email from Royal Mail the next day to say they had received my parcel! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Needless to say I didn’t get the scarf in time

Sadly I ordered for next day delivery as I had a wedding to go too 2 days later. It was delivered whilst away, so sadly I didn’t even get to look at it but sent it back 😢

This is the first time I have purchased from you. I was very disappointed in the quality. It was for a gift and I had to return it. There are no free returns or delivery which doesn’t encourage shoppers.

I received goods that I did not order that came with the tracking code allocated to my pistachio green pashmina - I returned items to sender - you -with a letter! I have still not got the scarf I paid for and my 94 year old mother is without the gift she chose for her birthday in 2 days time. Not good enough - if it doesn’t appear for her birthday - I am going straight to Rogue Traders and see if they can sort it out for me !

I returned a scarf weeks ago for an exchange, I had emails confirming from the scarf room that I can exchange. I have not received the exchanged scarf and I cannot get in contact with anyone, I have called there is no answer, many emails with now no response! Unfortunately I have had a bad experience. No scarf and still been charged for it!! Terrible customer service. I had great communication via email when asking about the exchange and now I have had no contact from them since I sent the scarf back for exchange!
