“Sent the wrong scarf no apology and I’ve had to send it back and wait for a new one to be sent.”

“When the scarf arrived it had conflicting information. Advertised as wool and silk, the scarf label said wool/cashmere though the packaging said wool/silk. When I queried this I received an email saying a "small batch" had been mislabelled by the manufacturer. Even if that's true (and it's the easiest excuse there is) it meant it was someone else's fault, not Scarf Room - so they didn't take responsibility. It also means poor quality control if they didn't notice the problem. And I wasn't offered a replacement or refund. A case of sorry but if you want us to do anything you're going to have to ask. Not impressed..”

“Sadly the colours aren’t true to the colours displayed, the ivory is almost white, pale pink is like a Barbie pink, very disappointing”

“I was very disappointed with my first experience of using scarf room. Many of the silk scarves were out of stock so the choice was limited. I did order one but when it came it was really thin, and the edges were not well finished. Frankly it looked really cheap, and certainly not worth the £39.99 it cost. I won't be using them again.”

“Disappointed that this baby cashmere (not cheap) pashmina arrived in a plastic bag and a drab plain cardboard box (cheap and crushed). I would have thought at least one layer of tissue paper should have included.”

“Ordered for a birthday gift. The product had no label on it which is clearly shown on all the pictures. Which makes it look a little more expensive. Very disappointed would have returned it but it arrived on day of the gathering!”

“Paid £8.99 for next day delivery, I was told it would be with me between 1-3pm the next day- it didn’t come so I couldn’t give it to my friend before here cruise, not happy won’t rely on scarf room again.”
