“I was disappointed to see that the Pashmina is made of polyester and viscose when pashminas are traditionally made from wool. There was nowhere on the website that I could find that gave the composition of the fabric a I would not have purchased it knowing that it was man made fibres.”

“Pink sparkly bobble hat. Nice sparkly pink hat but the finish was poor. Fibres from the bobble were hanging loose and uneven and easily pulled out.”

“The scarfs are really good, great colours. The website didn’t really say what material they were made out of and I bought 2 colours to try and when I returned the one I didn’t want to keep, I had to pay postage. That’s not great for an online fashion outlet.”

“It wasn’t the right colour so wish I’d just bought in the shop as no refund of postage and I had to pay to return so I’m £8 out of pocket. I queried the reduced refund but no response”

“The service and delivery was excellent. Unfortunately the scarf which I wore for the first time last night has snagged rather badly so I am disappointed. This is the second one l have bought(about 2years ago) and the other is in perfect condition so am puzzled.”

“I ordered a black bow fascinator but the wrong one was sent. After returning the incorrect one the correct one was sent.Fortunately for me I had enough time for the replacement to arrive! No issues with the help to get the correct item sent. The fascinator is perfect for my dress.”
