“The most amazing customer service I have ever received. A scarf I wanted was out of stock and I emailed to find out if it would be back and someone replied Almost straight away informing me they were going to be trying their best. Later that day I received another email telling me it was back and would be on the website soon! Hope to deal with you again”

“There was no problem when the pashmina I ordered was not quite the colour I wanted. The lady on the phone was so helpful and arranged to send out a replacement, one which was very much cheaper than the original but turned out to be a softer colour. Thank you”

“The scarves are a little different from the shops and they have been good quality. They normally come beautifully wrapped but the last 4 I bought arrived in one bundle. A shame as that was part of the presentation for gifts. Just ordered some more, I hope this was a one off.”

“I have only given 4 stars because of the problems with trying to place initial order. Once the order was placed, the service was quick and smooth. The scarf purchased is beautiful and soft and much bigger than anticipated.”
