“Having previously purchased the silver grey pashmina for a wedding, I decided to order another one for a recent summer evening event. I ordered two (for choice of colour) but unfortunately neither colour was quite right to complement my outfit. I returned both and the refund was processed very quickly. The quality and feel of the scarves are second-to-none and, although somewhat pricey compared to other pashminas, they are well worth the money in my opinion. The adage “you get what you pay for” certainly rings true in this case”

“I ordered a £45 pashmina as a present. I also bought some sale scarves. They arrived promptly in a sturdy box. However, some of the sale scarves were wrapped in (torn) black tissue paper rolls but the pashmina was just in a polythene bag. it would have been nice is the pashmina was nicely wrapped in tissue gift wrap paper as it looked rather cheap in plastic with a bar code on. I'll have to take it out of the bag and buy tissue paper to make the scarf look like a good quality present.”

“A long wait for these to come back into stock. I had asked for an email to confirm when they came in, but that didn't arrive. Delivery was prompt and the pashminas were well packed. They are put aside now ready for my wedding.”

“I was very pleased to receive my order so promptly but disappointed to discover that the scarf I ordered which was advertised as Ivory turned out to be snowy white. I will be returning it when I've worked out how to complete the return label. I keep being told that my house name is 'invalid'.”

“I purchased a pashmina and clutch bag in pale pink for a wedding I am attending. I thought the pashimina was lovely, a good size, nice material and well finished. The colour was also very good. The bag was a little pricey I thought although it was well made and will do very well for the event. I was slightly disappointed that the items, both pale pink, were different shades but not so different that I had to return them. Speedy delivery, and items were carefully packed and presented. I woudl definitely recommend the Scarf Room and will purchase from them again.”

“Lovely feel and drape to the scarf and it doesn’t crease much. Only marked as 4 stars as the colour is more green than in the photos so wasn’t quite as expected. Still a lovely scarf.”
