“Firstly, my order arrived the day after I placed my order. Upon inspection some items were incorrect. Mainly scaffold tubes being too short and not within the tolerances set out on their website. However, I got in touch with their customer services, explained the situation and the following day brand new items were already on their way out to me. Top class, first class, exceptional customer service! Cannot recommend Scaffolding Direct more highly!!!”

“I was kept well informed about the progress of my order and delivery was on time.My only problem was with the charge for delivery and VAT which together doubled the price of the material purchased, though not the fault of Scaffolding Direct!”
