“Excellent products. Over the years the service has been excellent. However, understandably, delivery times have got much slower since COVID. Hopefully , faster delivery on orders will be resumed in the near future.”

“Delivered quickly and good price. The brand of limpet sold by Scaffolding Direct has a longer bolt than other suppliers which means it can be used with thicker timber. However, what the website description doesn't state is that the bolt threads are peened, preventing the bolt being removed from the clip withoput some careful thread reforming with a file. Don't think this is a manufacturing fault but not sure why it is done but it would have been helpful to include that info in the product description.”

“Bought scaffolding boards and they were delivered about a couple of weeks later. Boards themselves are decent. I thought shipping cost was high - about £80 for four long boards and a couple of packs of 2ft boards. So shipping cost more than the boards. Hey ho.”

The delay on the boards has been a symptom of present circumstance, but this has improved and we are putting actions in place to help with the flow of stock to our customers. This is now proving very positive. We use third party carriers to ensure we can deliver both national and international, and carriage is based on length and weight. “Excellent service although the delivery charge may stop me from ordering again. I will be buying in smaller quantities for furniture making and 40 quid delivery per order isn't really cost effective. Quick delivery and the boards were perfect”

“Solid acroprop, great price and delivery very reasonable at £10. Pin holes on prop don't line up perfectly making it stiff to insert and harder to wind.”

“Ordered wood and sadly it was out of stock tho nothing on the website to say this nor any correspondence from them to say my order is delayed ! I had to ask where my order was to then find it was delayed due to lack of stock! The correspondence should have come without asking and has delayed a half started project!”

“Great product and great service. My only issue was the lack of instructions in putting it together. Not a scaffolder so it didn’t come naturally! We seem to have one pole left but overall the clothes rail looks great.”
