“Excellent service although the delivery charge may stop me from ordering again. I will be buying in smaller quantities for furniture making and 40 quid delivery per order isn't really cost effective. Quick delivery and the boards were perfect”

“Solid acroprop, great price and delivery very reasonable at £10. Pin holes on prop don't line up perfectly making it stiff to insert and harder to wind.”

“Ordered wood and sadly it was out of stock tho nothing on the website to say this nor any correspondence from them to say my order is delayed ! I had to ask where my order was to then find it was delayed due to lack of stock! The correspondence should have come without asking and has delayed a half started project!”

“Great product and great service. My only issue was the lack of instructions in putting it together. Not a scaffolder so it didn’t come naturally! We seem to have one pole left but overall the clothes rail looks great.”

“Easy to order, great choice of products - have used them before. Only negative on this occasion is that there was quite a variation in the surface quality/finish, previously the hand rails have been quite shiny/clean only needing a wipe down to remove the oil, but this time the surface wasn't the best - luckily it's not for anything thats too visually important, but would be annoying if it was.”

“Scaffolding direct seemed to have a pretty tidy website containing a fair amount of useful information. I was able to contact them easily to query details about ordering. The online ordering was straightforward, and the ordering and delivery of order proceeded easily as described.”

“Overall product is good quality. Scaffolding Direct let me know that the item I ordered was out of stock and that I would have to wait slightly longer for my delivery - all good so far. HOWEVER, I ordered a number of Treated Raised Bed Post - 2ft and two of them were completely rotten - not good Scaffolding Direct!”

“Very happy with the raised beds supplied to me by Scaffolding Direct. They took great care to make sure the delivery was when we were at home and the driver was very helpful. Only 4 stars instead of 5 because the netting I ordered was on offer and showing as in stock on the web site but turned out to be out of stock. I was asked if I wanted an alternative product but nothing else I had seen earlier matched the quality at the very good price of the offer.”

“Helpful and friendly. Ran out of stock for my orders but arrived earlier than expected. One of the planks was sawn into 15cms from one end which will cause early rotting”

“Excellent ordering service. Prompt delivery. Goods were left on property exactly as requested. Goods appear to be as advertised, not reviewed as unused atm. I did need to make an enquiry by phone and the first person I spoke to said she would get back to me and didn't. Two days later I tried again and the person I spoke to found the information whilst I was on hold and he gave me the answer I needed. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.”
