“Although the order was processed quickly, the delivery was short and I had to telephone to get the item delivered. Also one of the 60 cm boards was only 57 cm long which I only found out when removed the parcel tape around the end of the boards.”

I have checked on our system and it would appear that our customer services team reacted quickly to ensure that your order was delivered in full. The 60cm board that you ordered are 2ft. “The product was excellent, However the delivery driver was very rude and abrupt, saying do not shop with us again. We have had many large lorry delivery,s before with all small issue overcome. Thanks Paul”

“Bought scaffolding boards and they were delivered about a couple of weeks later. Boards themselves are decent. I thought shipping cost was high - about £80 for four long boards and a couple of packs of 2ft boards. So shipping cost more than the boards. Hey ho.”

The delay on the boards has been a symptom of present circumstance, but this has improved and we are putting actions in place to help with the flow of stock to our customers. This is now proving very positive. We use third party carriers to ensure we can deliver both national and international, and carriage is based on length and weight. Due to the nature of our products, there is no other way to dispatch. We are constantly reviewing our carriage policies with a view to improve on all levels. “A pleasure to do business with these guys. Ordered 12 large raised beds, great communication regarding delivery, very happy with the quality of the goods delivered. There were a few damaged sections which were replaced by overnight delivery with no fuss at all. Quick to answer the phone, polite, well informed employees. Would use them again without hesitation.”
