“I recently placed an order with Scaffolding Direct after making an initial on-line enquiry. My enquiry was dealt with very quickly and I was given useful help and advice, despite my order being of relatively low value. The subsequent delivery was as advised and I was kept informed of progress from start to finish. I would highly recommend Scaffolding Direct to anyone, whether they were Trade or Retail customers. It made a refreshing change to receive such good customer service.”

Hi Peter, Thank you for your review. We are very prompt at issuing refunds when required and are glad you appreciate our speed to help. We, like all companies are dealing with a very unusual supply chain at present. Whilst we have pre-empted our stocks against the global slowness of supply chains, we have held more success than most. We do have some items that are slower than others and this, we could not plan for so we do understand any frustrations felt. We would like to reassure you that we are working in partnership with all our suppliers, both nationally and internationally to ease this pressure and will continue to do so until supply chains can gain a sense of equilibrium. Kindest regards, Delta
