“Delivery firm rang on the day to say they couldn’t deliver. Scaffolding direct said it’s not their problem despite ordering over a month ago. They will process a refund though. Not helpful when i needed the boards!!”

“Easy, efficient website and swift delivery service, had multiple lengths of handrail cut for a child’s (also adult) climbing frame. Cuts were spot on and the frame is now up and in use.”

“Superb service. Courier lost packages and Scaffolding Direct couldn't have been more prompt, friendly and helpful. Chased them down for me and goods arrived - looking good, can't wait to build raised bed kits. Fantastic company to deal with, thanks!”

“Really good quality wood! I bought 10 8x4ft beds which I have made 5 beds out of (stacked 2 together) I joined them using some metal joining plates (£10 for 10 from Amazon). The height is perfect and, as I’ve said, the wood is great quality. The corner brackets work well too once they’re all in place and secure. You could use some wood to further support the rigidity, but there’s no need. I don’t normally write reviews but the service and quality of the product at this relatively low price was worth the couple of minutes. I will be ordering more shortly!”

“I was happy with the service I received although the netting that I ordered was not such a tight knit as I thought it would be.”

“Product is excellent. Good value, clear specifications for purchase and very good quality. I had a problem with the delivery which was incomplete and I had several telephone conversations to put this right. But it was ok in the end if a little delayed.”
