“Bought scaffolding boards and they were delivered about a couple of weeks later. Boards themselves are decent. I thought shipping cost was high - about £80 for four long boards and a couple of packs of 2ft boards. So shipping cost more than the boards. Hey ho.”

Hi Ed, Thank you for your review, it is appreciated and gives us information to act upon where possible. Firstly, we are delighted that you are enjoying the quality of our scaffolding boards. The delay on the boards has been a symptom of present circumstance, but this has improved and we are putting actions in place to help with the flow of stock to our customers. This is now proving very positive. We use third party carriers to ensure we can deliver both national and international, and carriage is based on length and weight. Due to the nature of our products, there is no other way to dispatch. We are constantly reviewing our carriage policies with a view to improve on all levels. “A pleasure to do business with these guys. Ordered 12 large raised beds, great communication regarding delivery, very happy with the quality of the goods delivered. There were a few damaged sections which were replaced by overnight delivery with no fuss at all. Quick to answer the phone, polite, well informed employees. Would use them again without hesitation.”

“Excellent service although the delivery charge may stop me from ordering again. I will be buying in smaller quantities for furniture making and 40 quid delivery per order isn't really cost effective. Quick delivery and the boards were perfect”
