Hi John, Thank you for your review. I apologise for any issues that have occurred with this delivery. However upon investigation the postcode that was provided on the order was the postcode that was used to book in the delivery. I have checked the online order, the printed off delivery note, and the original despatch manifest that was printed off on the day. All of which have the correct postcode included. Hi Susan, Thank you very much for your review. Just a quick note about the delivery charge. We do not have our own vans, and so ship all of our order via courier. And we simply charge the customer what the courier charge us. Unlike a lot of our competitors we do not build delivery into the cost of the goods, we are more open with our charges. Based on the size and weight of your order (multiple timber boards), the delivery charge quoted was actually rather reasonable, compared to other couriers who would either refuse the items or charge a premium.
