“Order 2 x fabric cloche. took 3 days before sending with limited communication. Only 1 fabric cloche sent with no explanation as to why? After phoning they explained the product was out of stock ands a refund would be issued. The postage for 1 product meant I could have purchased the product cheaper elsewhere, upon explaining this I was promised a postage refund which I never received. in conclusion; poor communication, expensive postage and failure to deliver promised refund. I certainly won't be dealing with them again!”

Firstly apologies for the dissatisfaction, however, I have looked into this and can see that a partial refund was issued for the sum of £15.41 on the 20th of February. Please check your bank account.
