“Very pleased with the raised bed kits, all as described. The only downside was that not all of it arrived on the delivery. The courier (DHL I think) sent part of it somewhere else. The problem was compounded by the fact that the driver did not speak much English. All was resolved after a phone call to your office & the remaining timber arrived 5 days later. Maybe keep an eye on your courier companies.”

“The product - raised beds for an allotment - were of good quality and have done the job well. And when Fedex lost part of the consignment Scaffolding Direct arranged a replacement with no quibble.”

“Ordered some timber boards for an interior project. Unfortunately they were slightly mouldy, but the customer service team have agreed to send out 4 more, noting that they need to be in a cleaner condition. Disappointed originally, but good customer service to sort out my issue which was appreciated.”
